Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Welia platform, accessible at welia.ma, which allows users ("Clients") to book services from partner venues ("Professionals") located in Morocco.

Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the service.

2. Account creation

Creating a client account is free and requires a valid email and accurate information. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Booking and cancellation

Welia acts as a technical intermediary between Clients and Professionals. Services, their price, duration and cancellation conditions are defined by each Professional and shown at the time of booking.

Every booking is binding for the Client. Cancellation beyond the deadline set by the Professional may incur cancellation fees in accordance with the displayed conditions.

4. Payment

Payment is made according to the methods proposed by each Professional: on site (cash or card), online, or by bank transfer for packages. Welia does not collect any direct commission on client payments.

5. Customer reviews

Only Clients who actually booked via Welia may publish a review. Reviews are moderated. Welia reserves the right to remove any review that is clearly defamatory, false or unlawful.

6. Liability

Welia connects Clients and Professionals but is not party to the service contract. Service quality, schedule compliance and commitments are the Professional's sole responsibility.

Welia cannot be held liable for any damage resulting directly from the service performed by a Professional.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the platform (Welia, logo, texts, visuals, source code) are protected by Moroccan and international copyright law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by Moroccan law 09-08 and detailed in our privacy policy.

9. Changes

Welia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time of using the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.

11. Account suspension and deletion

Welia reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account suspected of fraud or abuse, and to permanently delete an account in case of repeated violations of these Terms.

Users may at any time request the permanent deletion of their account and all personal data. This action is irreversible and entails the deletion of all personal data, the cancellation of future appointments, and the loss of account-linked benefits (unused packs, loyalty points, active partner codes).

12. User-generated content

Users may publish reviews and comments about completed services. Such content must not be insulting, discriminatory, violent, hateful, contain non-consented personal data, or aim to damage a Professional's reputation without factual basis.

Welia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content and/or suspend an account for abuse. By publishing content, you grant Welia a non-exclusive, free right to reproduce, publish and distribute it on the platform.

13. Conditions for Professionals

Professionals create a dedicated account, provide accurate up-to-date information (hours, services, prices, photos), and commit to honoring bookings confirmed via the platform.

Welia may suspend or deactivate a Professional account in case of recurrent complaints, misleading information, or non-compliance. A Professional may terminate their account at any time.

14. Maintenance and availability

Welia may temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance, updates or security reasons, without prior notice if necessary. No compensation is due for these interruptions.
