How do I book an appointment on Welia?
Search for a salon by city or service, choose the venue, pick your services and an available slot, then confirm. Booking is instant and you receive an immediate confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
Is booking free?
Yes — booking via Welia is completely free for clients. You only pay the price of the service, at the rate posted by the venue.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. Go to the "My bookings" section of your account to cancel or reschedule. Each salon sets its own cancellation deadline (usually 24h before the slot) — shown at the time of booking.
How does payment work?
Most salons accept on-site payment (cash or card). Some also allow online payment. For multi-session packages, bank transfer is available — the salon's IBAN is then shared with you.
Are the reviews reliable?
Welia reviews come exclusively from customers who actually booked via the platform — no anonymous reviews are published. When a salon is also listed on Google, we additionally show Google reviews to give you the most complete picture.
Do "at-home" salons really come to me?
Yes — independent professionals marked "at home" travel within the area they've defined. Check the service zone shown on their profile before booking.
Is my data protected?
Your personal data is stored securely and in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 (CNDP). We never share your details without your explicit consent. See our privacy policy for details.
I have a salon — how do I join the platform?
Visit the pro space to discover the available tools (calendar, payments, WhatsApp notifications) and create your account. Sign-up is quick and our team helps you with setup.
